Placing Orders

There are many purchasing options:

After you place an order, an email will be sent with login instructions to TechnoHub. TechnoHub is an online library. Sign in to view your bookshelf. Now you can access the teacher guide, student workbook, and resources for a course.

Payment Methods

Yes, purchase orders are accepted from North American residents only.

The purchase order must be on school letterhead and include required information

How to place an order using a P.O.

 

  1. To make a purchase, visit the store.
  2. Add the item(s) into your cart and proceed through the checkout.
  3. Select Purchase Order as the method of payment and enter your PO number.
  4. Once the order has been submitted you must provide a copy of the document to TechnoKids. Email to order@technokids.com.

IMPORTANT! The order will not be released until the PO is received.

There are many possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:

  • The card has expired.
  • You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
  • You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  • A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.
  • TechnoKids Inc. is a Canadian company. If you are located outside of Canada and you are using a personal, or school, credit card, restrictions by the credit card company, or school district, may prohibit international orders. This can usually be resolved by contacting the credit card company.
  • Multiple online purchases in the same day may have flagged your credit card as a security risk by the credit card company.

Refund and
Warranty

The TechnoKids Inc. return policy is based on the terms and conditions outlined in the site license agreement.

If you mistakenly ordered TechnoKids Curriculum, to cancel the transaction call 1-800-221-7921 or send an email to order@technokids.com. Provide us with the Order ID. To receive a refund: DO NOT sign in to TechnoHub. Once a TechnoHub subscription license is activated, it is non-refundable.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Subscriptions are purchased on an annual basis. Renewal must be completed annually or as per the purchase terms. Once a TechnoHub subscription license is activated, it is non-refundable.

The TechnoKids Inc. warranty is based on the terms and conditions outlined in the site license agreement.

TechnoKids Inc. warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase that the Curriculum will be free from defects and in accordance with the accompanying documentation. TechnoKids Inc.’s entire liability and Licensee’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of the foregoing limited warranty will be, at TechnoKids Inc.’s option, repair of the Curriculum or course substitution.

TechnoHub is a digital bookshelf used for delivery of TechnoKids courses. 

Service Provision: TechnoHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TechnoKids Inc. does not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.


Hosting and Uptime: TechnoHub is hosted on a leading cloud partner. However, TechnoKids Inc. does not guarantee specific uptime or downtime, as it depends on various factors beyond their control.


Beta Features: Certain features of TechnoHub may be in beta and subject to change. These features are provided without warranties of any kind.
